Water Monitor & Alert System Project

Managed a team of 3 to create a rapid development schedule for the creation and implementation of a weather alert system using sensor buoys to alert changing and dangerous wave patterns around the Island of American Samoa. Collaborated with the team to create realistic rapid development schedules using real world methodologies so that anyone can use our plans to create this system efficiently and effectively. Monitored team members’ development schedules to ensure everyone stayed on schedule, ran weekly team meetings, and reported back to the professor (acting as the client) regarding the current status of the project.
